Road to Leader Event Promotion 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Description: The Road to Leader Event Qualification Period for 2026 ("Promotion") begins and ends as follows ("Qualification Period"): The Promotion begins on July 1, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT, unless earlier terminated or extended by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Brand Partners who meet the qualification requirements are eligible to register and attend the Road to Leader Event. Limit 150 Participants. Amare will track and contact qualified participants by the criteria outlined in the promotion rules. The Road to Leader Event will be held in Mahwah, New Jersey on August 7-8, 2026. Participants will earn two nights’ hotel accommodation. Transportation to and from accommodations and events, activities will be included. Brand Partners in attendance are responsible for all expenses except for those expressly included. Two meals will be included on event days.
2. Qualifications: In order to receive an invitation to the Road to Leader Event, Participants must achieve a new Career Rank of Silver during the qualification period.  (July 2025 – June 2026). Brand Partners with a Career rank of Silver or above at the start of the promotion period are not eligible to participate. Brand Partners must meet the eligibility requirements, have a Brand Partner account and be in good standing with Amare Global to receive an invitation to register. Promotion is for Brand Partners only and not open to guests.
3. Registration: Notification and Requirements. Qualifiers will be tracked and contacted by the sponsor via email following confirmation of completing the Promotion requirements. Once requirements have been met attendees must register. Brand Partners must register with the Sponsor to attend the Road to Leader Event. Registration first comes first serve as. Participants will be contacted via email with registration details upon confirmed registration Event is limited to 150 attendees. Any participants who qualify to attend after the limit has been filled will be added to a waitlist. If the Sponsor does not receive a response or the qualifier delays registration, they cannot be guaranteed accommodation. Qualifiers must be registered to confirm attendance.
4. General Conditions: Participants must reside in the United States or Canda. Void where prohibited by law. The sponsor’s decisions shall be final and qualifiers who fail to register or register and fail to attend will not be entitled to any compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion and/or extend or delay the qualification periods or any part of thereof for any reason, due to force majeure (e.g. Pandemic concerns, restrictions or regulations including for travel, an act of war or terror, act of God), or if any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion in any manner, or for any reason related to the administration of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without any fault or liability (a) cancel the Promotion; (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the prize from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment in accordance with the criteria in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be involved with tampering with the process or operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision or term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision herein. These conditions apply only to the extent permissible under applicable law.
