- Contest Description.
The 2026 #2 Amare Slim2Fit Challenge (“Challenge”) is sponsored by Amare Global Holdings, Inc. (“Amare” or “Sponsor”), 3401 Thanksgiving Way, Suite 150, Lehi, Utah 84048. This Challenge is Sponsored by Amare Global and designed to support learning, motivation, and long-term success. To inspire consistency, accountability, and community, Amare is kicking off the new year with a powerful incentive. 5 Participants will be awarded, with each winner receiving a Product pack consisting of Amare products worth $250.
- Eligibility
This Challenge is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Participants must be in good standing with the Sponsor. As a condition to entry and participation, participants agree to abide by these official rules, including the Independent Brand Partner Agreement and Amare Policy Manual. To be eligible to participate Customers and Brand Partners must be enrolled and complete the registration prior to January 31st, 11:59 PM 2026. Contact Amare customer support for entry details. Additionally, upon purchasing the new Amare Slim2Fit product (whether as a single item or as part of a larger product pack) between January 21, 2026, and January 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PST, registration details will be automatically sent to the email address on file for the applicable Amare account. Failure to abide by such rules and policies will result in disqualification from the competition. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter.
- Participation
To enter the Challenge, meet the eligibility requirements and complete the SurveyMonkey Form found on the Slim2Fit Community Facebook Group. Participants must provide a valid email address associated with their Amare Brand Partner or Customer ID number.
To be eligible for reward selection, participants must fully comply with all challenge requirements throughout the entire promotion period. Failure to meet these criteria will result in disqualification from reward consideration.
- Complete all weekly check-ins, with one due Sunday 11:59 PM PT each week during the duration of the promotion, including submission of required photos, measurements, and surveys as required.
- Participants shall commit to implementing and maintaining consistent lifestyle changes related to nutrition and/or daily physical activity throughout the entire Challenge period and shall provide weekly good faith progress reports and feedback documenting their compliance and results.
- Live Attendance for all six weekly live Zoom education sessions as scheduled and communicated by the sponsor through the Slim2Fit Community Facebook Group.
- •Provide consent for the use of before-and-after photos, testimonials, and related content.
- Challenge Winners
Winners will be selected at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion from among participants who have met all Challenge requirements. Selection may consider factors such as participation, engagement, consistency, effort, adherence to Challenge guidelines, and overall contribution to the Slim2Fit community. Selected winners will receive a predetermined selection of Amare products totaling $250 in USD Retail value. No exchange of product rewards or return for any cash value.
- Privacy Policy
By participating in the Challenge, Participants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read, and accepted, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at: https://www.amare.com/corporate/en-us/home/privacypolicy. Participants further agree to be contacted by Sponsor or its agents by telephone (including text), mail, or email regarding the Challenge. The Slim2Fit Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, you release Facebook from any liability related to this challenge.
Participant hereby grant Amare Global Holdings, Inc. (“Amare”) permission to receive and use photographs and/or video recordings of me in connection with the Slim2Fit Challenge for Challenge and marketing materials. Participant consents to the use of my image, and likeness, for Challenge, marketing, informational, or educational purposes, including websites, social media, digital and print marketing, Videos and presentations. Images and recordings may be edited, modified, or combined with other materials and distributed in any media format now known or later developed, worldwide. This consent is granted without time limitation unless revoked in writing prior to use. Participant releases Amare from any claims arising from the use of such images or recordings, including claims related to privacy, publicity, or defamation. This Consent Form is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
- General Disclosures
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CHALLENGE, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AMARE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: A) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN THE CHALLENGE; B) TECHNICAL
ERRORS RELATED TO COMPUTERS, SERVERS, PROVIDERS OR TELEPHONE OR NETWORK LINES; C) PRINTING ERRORS; ERRORS IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CHALLENGE; E) INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM PARTICIPANT’S OPARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE AND ANY ASSOCIATED EVENTS. PARTICIPANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF PARTICIPATING IN THE CHALLENGE, AND IN
NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY FURTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this skill/merit-based challenge. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per challenge period, regardless of entry method. All entries, free or otherwise, are subject to verification and the official rules.
Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Challenge shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Utah, without respect to any conflict of law issues and Participant agrees that such shall be resolved individually. Participant waives all rights to any form of class action. All disputes will have exclusive jurisdiction in the State of Utah.
To cancel, modify, extend, or suspend the Challenge, should a dispute exist as to the selected winner(s), or if tampering, fraud, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Challenge. In such circumstances, Sponsor may allow the Challenge to continue with any eligible unaffected participants, and winner(s) may be determined from those unaffected remaining Participants.
