Q. What is the Dedicated Diamond trip?
A. The Dedicated Diamond trip is Amare’s most exclusive, high-end trip built to reward the hard work of Amare’s most dedicated Diamonds.
Q. Is the Dedicated Diamond trip held in the same location every year?
A. No, location will rotate as needed.
Q. How do I qualify for the trip?
A. The trip can be qualified in one of two ways:
- Qualification Path #1
- Have a Career Rank of Diamond+ by the end of the qualification period.
- Earn Focus on 5 three out of the six months during the qualification period.
- Be the personal Enroller of a Brand Partner that achieves the rank of Bronze or higher for the first time.
For a Brand Partner to count as the new Bronze, they must have an enrollment date during the qualification period and achieve the rank of Bronze.
OR
- If they were enrolled before the qualification period and have a highest achieved rank no higher than Brand Partner, and reach Bronze during their qualification period, they count towards the requirement.
- Qualification Path #2
- Be Paid-as Diamond+ six out of six months.
- Earn Focus on 5 one out of the six months during the qualification period.
- Create a new Silver leg.
- Personally enroll a new leg of business during the qualification period with a Paid as Silver in that leg for at least one month during the qualification period.
- For the leg of business to count, all Brand Partners in the leg must have an enrollment date on or after November 1st, 2025.
Q. When is the qualification period?
A. From November 1st, 2025, to April 30th, 2026.
Q. Where is the destination of the trip, and how long is it?
A. The destination of the trip is still being determined. Participants will earn four nights of Hotel Accommodations.
Q. What if I qualify but can't attend? Is there a cash alternative?
A. No – there is no cash out if you cannot attend the trip. If you cannot attend, you forfeit the trip.
Q. Do I have to meet both qualifications, or is it one or the other?
A. There are two qualification paths to earn the trip. You must accomplish one or the other to earn the trip, but not both.
Q. Can I mix and match the requirements from Path 1 and Path 2?
A. No – you must complete all the requirements from qualification Path 1 or qualification Path 2 to be eligible to go on the trip.
Q. Can I bring a guest? What are the costs for a guest?
A. The Dedicated Diamond trip is a trip for you and a guest.
Q. Can the guest be a Brand Partner who is not a Diamond and is not a co-applicant on their account?
A. Yes, the guest can be a Brand Partner so long as the Brand Partner who earned the trip is in attendance.
Q. Does Amare restrict who I can take on the trip?
A. Amare does not restrict who you may bring on the trip. However, some resorts may not allow minors.
Q. What if the trip is abroad and I don't have a passport?
A. If the trip is hosted outside of your country of residence and a passport is required, it is the responsibility of the Brand Partner to make sure that they and their guests are eligible to travel abroad.
Q. What is included in the trip, and what is not included?
A. All transfers, food, activities, and accommodations are included in the trip for the qualifying Brand Partner and their guest. A $600 USD airfare stipend is also given to the Brand Partner and their guest to help cover the cost of airfare.
Q. How will I receive my airfare stipend?
A. Once you have officially qualified for the trip, you may submit your airfare for reimbursement. Up to $600 USD per ticket will be reimbursed within 90 days of the trip. You must attend the trip to receive the airfare reimbursement.
Q. Are there any hidden costs or taxes that I should be aware of?
A. The airfare stipend is $600 USD per person. Costs exceeding this amount are the responsibility of the Brand Partner. For questions regarding the tax-deductible eligibility of this trip, please consult a qualified tax professional.
Q. Where can I track my progress toward the trip?
A. An email will be sent to qualifiers once a month. If information regarding progress toward qualifications is needed at any point during the month, please reach out to the Amare Sales team.
Q. What happens if I'm close but don't quite hit the goal? Are there any extensions or grace periods?
A. No. Qualifications must be completed in full before the conclusion of the qualification period to earn the trip.
Q. Where is the trip going to be?
A. The trip will be in an exclusive, high-end location yet to be determined. It will be shared later in the coming weeks.
Q. When will it take place?
A. The trip is scheduled to take place in June. More information and exact dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
Q. Can Diamonds outside of North America qualify for this trip?
A. No. Currently, the Dedicated Diamond trip is exclusive to North American Diamonds.
Q. If I can’t attend the trip, can I redeem the trip for cash or other rewards?
A. No, the trip is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you cannot attend the trip, you will not receive a reward for earning the trip.
Q. Can I gift or transfer the trip to someone else if I cannot attend?
A. No, the trip is non-transferable, and if you cannot attend, you will not receive a reward for earning the trip.
Q. If I cannot attend the trip, can I send members of my family on the trip instead?
A. No, the Brand Partner who earned the trip must be in attendance with their guest. The trip is non-transferable.
Q. If I have a medical emergency, will I be able to receive the trip reward at a different time?
A. No. If you are unable to attend the trip for any reason, including medical emergencies, there will be a cancellation fee of $2,000 USD per person, and the trip cannot be redeemed at another time. Amare has the right to change dates, times, and locations for any reason, including but not limited to weather, construction, or price.
Q. What if there are travel restrictions, weather incidents, or other acts of God that cause the trip to be canceled?
A. Amare has the right to cancel or withdraw from hosting the trip, and the Brand Partner will not be reimbursed. In the case of an incident, Amare will abide by contracts with hotels and communicate with Brand Partners accordingly.

- Promotion Description: The Dedicated Diamond Event Qualification Period for 2026 ("Promotion") begins and ends as follows ("Qualification Period"): The Promotion begins November 1, 2025, and ends on April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT, unless earlier terminated or extended by Amare in its sole discretion. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Brand Partners who meet the qualification requirements are eligible to register and attend the Dedicated Diamond Event. Promotion is for Brand Partners and one additional guest. Amare will track and contact qualified participants by the criteria outlined in the promotion rules. Participants will earn four nights Hotel Accommodations. A $600 USD airfare stipend will also be provided for both the qualifying Brand Partner and their guest. The specific location and exact dates of the Dedicated Diamond Event shall be established and communicated later.
- Qualification: Path 1 In order to receive an invitation to the Dedicated Diamond Event, Participants must hold the minimum Career rank of Diamond and achieve the Focus on Five requirements in three out of six calendar months during the qualification period (November 2025 – April 2026). Additionally, to qualify, a Brand Partner must personally enroll another Brand Partner who attains the new career rank of Bronze within the qualification period. The qualifying Bronze Brand Partner account must either be enrolled during the promotion period or hold a career rank of Brand Partner or lower as of the promotion period’s start date.
Qualification: Path 2 In order to receive an invitation to the Dedicated Diamond Event, Participants must hold the Paid-As Rank of Diamond or above all six months during the qualification period and achieve the Focus on Five requirements in one out of the six calendar months during the qualification period (November 2025 – April 2026). Additionally, Brand Partners must personally enroll a new leg of business during the qualification period that includes at least one Brand Partner who achieves the paid-as rank of Silver for a minimum of one calendar month within the qualification period. All accounts in the new leg of business must be enrolled during the promotion period. - Registration: Notification and Requirements. Qualifiers will be tracked and contacted via email following confirmation of completing the Promotion requirements. Once requirements have been met, qualified Brand Partners must register to attend the Dedicated Diamond Event. Participants will be contacted via email with registration details. If Amare does not receive a response or the qualifier delays registration, they cannot be guaranteed accommodation. Qualifiers must be registered to confirm attendance. Amare reserves the right to adjust destinations and dates. Brand Partners must meet the eligibility requirements, have a Brand Partner account and be in good standing with Amare Global to receive an invitation to register. Do not book airfare or travel arrangements until Amare has confirmed registration and notified the Brand Partner to do so. Airfare stipend will be paid out within 90 days of the event and is dependent upon the Brand Partner and guest attendance.
- General Conditions: Participants must reside in the United States or Canada. Void where prohibited by law. Amare’s decisions shall be final, and qualifiers who fail to register or register and fail to attend will not be entitled to any compensation. Amare reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion and/or extend or delay the qualification periods or any part of thereof for any reason, due to force majeure (e.g. Pandemic concerns, restrictions or regulations including for travel, an act of war or terror, act of God), or if any other factor beyond Amare's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion in any manner, or for any reason related to the administration of the Promotion, as determined by Amare in its sole discretion. In the event the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Amare, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Amare may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without any fault or liability (a) cancel the Promotion; (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the prize from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment in accordance with the criteria in these Official Rules. Amare reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be involved with tampering with the process or operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Amare’s failure to enforce any provision or term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision herein. These conditions apply only to the extent permissible under applicable law.
- General Disclosure
Any undefined terms herein shall be understood and construed as set forth and used in AMARE’s current Policy Manual and Compensation Plan.
AMARE reserves the right to withhold or deny any or all Rewards based upon Participant’s non-compliance with AMARE Policy Manual or terms of the Promotion.
AMARE retains the right to disqualify a Participant at any time for what AMARE views, in its sole discretion, as disreputable or adverse behavior.
Rewards are achieved through the sales/purchases of AMARE products as outlined in the Compensation Plan and in AMARE’s Policy Manual and not for recruitment of Brand Partners.
AMARE may terminate or modify the Promotion at any time with or without notice.
This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations. AMARE reserves the right to substitute Rewards of equal or greater value.
The Participant is subject to AMARE’s Policy Manual and is also subject to the Brand Partner/Customer Application.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AMARE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: A) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN THE PROMOTION; B) TECHNICAL ERRORS RELATED TO COMPUTERS, SERVERS, PROVIDERS OR TELEPHONE OR NETWORK LINES; C) PRINTING ERRORS;
D) ERRORS IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROMOTION; E) INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM PARTICIPANT’S OR GUESTS’ PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND ANY ASSOCIATED EVENTS. PARTICIPANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY FURTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Utah, without respect to any conflict of law issues and Participant agrees that such shall be resolved individually. Participant waives all rights to any form of class action. All disputes will have exclusive jurisdiction in the State of Utah.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Promotion shall be settled by the arbitration of one (1) arbitrator which shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association subject to the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure and under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules where they do not conflict with the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be rendered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated individually and not consolidated with any claim or controversy of any other party. The foregoing shall not preclude AMARE from seeking any injunctive relief in State or Federal courts in Utah or other necessary or appropriate jurisdiction for protection of their intellectual property rights. The English version of these PROMOTION Terms and Conditions shall govern all disputes in relation to this PROMOTION and these Terms and Conditions.
AMARE may change the terms of these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying Participant of such change in writing on the designated website where these Terms and Conditions are posted. Any change shall take effect immediately from the date of AMARE’s posting of the change on said website.
The Participant agrees to the use of his/her name and photograph in broadcasts, newspapers, brochures, and other media without compensation. AMARE will exercise reasonable efforts to respect my privacy and ensure that any personal information captured in the photographs and /or videos will be used in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. However, I understand that AMARE cannot guarantee absolute privacy and confidentiality regarding the use of photographs and/or videos. The Participant hereby releases Amare Global, its representatives, employees, and authorized personnel from all claims, demands, actions cause of actions, suits or liabilities arising from or related to the use, reproductions, distribution, display, or publication of the photographs and/or videos, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights. The Participant warrants that all statements made herein are true and correct and understand that the Released Parties have relied on them in allowing the Participant to participate in the Promotion.
Termination of Participant
If AMARE believes you have (a) violated any of these Terms, (b) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, regulations, ordinances, or the Brand Partner Agreement, (d) engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Promotion, or (e) engaged in abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate, or hostile conduct in connection with the Promotion, AMARE reserves the right to revoke, cancel, or suspend your participation and revoke, cancel, or take other action at its discretion, at any time with immediate effect and without written notice.
Privacy
Your participation in the Promotion is subject to Amare and any Vendor responsible for fulfilling rewards. Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs Participants of data collection practices in use.

In fulfilling registration or other requirements for the Promotion, Participants may be required to visit third-party websites. These websites are not controlled by AMARE, and AMARE assumes no responsibility for their content, including any links contained therein or any modifications or updates made to them. Certain services available through AMARE may be provided by third-party sites and organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the AMARE domain, you acknowledge and consent that AMARE may share your information and data with third parties with whom AMARE has contractual agreements to deliver the requested products, services, or functionalities on behalf of AMARE Promotion users and customers.
