October Quiz Challenge Weekly Drawing – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR SHARING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR SHARING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The October Quiz Challenge Weekly Drawing (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Amare Global Holdings, Inc., 2701 N Thanksgiving Way, Suite 100, Lehi, UT 84048 ("Sponsor" or "Amare"). The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Apple, Google or any other social media platform or app store.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to active Amare Brand Partners in good standing who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), and who are at least the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence at the time of entry. "Active Brand Partner in good standing" means a Brand Partner whose account is active and not suspended, terminated or under compliance review as of the date of entry and the date of the drawing.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and households, are not eligible. Residents of Quebec and of any jurisdiction outside the United States and Canada are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins October 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM PT and ends October 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period is divided into four (4) weekly entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"). Entries received in one Entry Period do not carry over to the next. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods carry equal weight, and an entry received by either method has the same chance of winning.

Method 1 – Share the Quiz. During an Entry Period, share the Daily Stressors Quiz (United States) or the Everyday Stress Quiz (Canada) using the share function in the ABC App. Sharing the quiz one or more times during an Entry Period earns one (1) entry for that Entry Period. Sharing more than once does not earn additional entries.

Method 2 – Free Entry Through Customer Experience. During an Entry Period, request an entry by calling Amare Customer Experience at +1 888-898-8551 Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM MT, or Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM MT, or by emailing support@amare.com with the subject line "October Quiz Challenge – Alternative Entry." Provide your full name and Brand Partner ID. Requests must be received by the end of the applicable Entry Period to count toward that Entry Period's drawing. No sharing, purchase or other action is required.

Entry limit. Limit one (1) entry per Brand Partner per Entry Period, regardless of method. A Brand Partner who enters by both methods in the same Entry Period will receive only one (1) entry for that Entry Period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, or through multiple or false accounts, are void.

Sharing responsibly. Brand Partners who share the quiz must comply with the Amare Policies and Procedures, applicable advertising laws and the rules of any platform used. Brand Partners must clearly disclose their connection to Amare when sharing, for example by stating that they are an Amare Brand Partner and that sharing earns an entry in an Amare prize drawing. When sharing the quiz, Brand Partners may not make any product, health or income claims that are inconsistent with the Amare Policies and Procedures or Amare's approved marketing guidelines.

5. Prizes

Five (5) prizes will be awarded in each Entry Period, for a total of twenty (20) prizes during the Promotion. Each prize consists of one (1) Visa gift card with a value of $25 USD (approximate retail value ("ARV") $25 USD). Total ARV of all prizes: $500 USD. Prizes are not transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Canadian winners will receive the same $25 USD Visa gift card, which may be subject to currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Limit one (1) prize per Brand Partner per Entry Period.

Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees on prizes. U.S. winners whose prizes from Sponsor total $600 USD or more in a calendar year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099. Canadian winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On the drawing date shown in Section 3 for each Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be announced on the dates shown in Section 3 on The Hub and the ABC App and notified by email or phone using the contact information on file for their Brand Partner account.

Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification and may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release and, where lawful, publicity release. Canadian residents selected as potential winners must first correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be awarded a prize. If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be verified, fails the skill-testing question, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.

Prizes will be delivered to the verified winner's address on file within thirty (30) days of verification.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules or the Amare Policies and Procedures, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Participation in the Promotion does not affect Brand Partner compensation, rank or qualification, and entries and prizes have no relationship to sales volume or recruiting.

If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and, where permitted by law, award prizes from eligible entries received before the event. Any change will be posted on The Hub.

8. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and to verify and contact winners, as described in Amare's Privacy Policy at https://www.amare.com/corporate/en-us/home/privacypolicy. Sponsor will not use quiz answers to determine entries or winners. Except where prohibited by law, winners agree that Sponsor may publish their name, city, and state or province on The Hub and the ABC App to announce winners, without further compensation.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of the ABC App, telephone lines, email or social media platforms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

For U.S. participants, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Utah. For Canadian participants, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the participant's province or territory of residence and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Winners List and Questions

For a list of winners, available after November 30, 2026, or for questions about the Promotion, contact Amare Customer Experience at +1 888-898-8551 or support@amare.com.
