Q: Why does my Amare Origin™ Chocolate packaging look different?
A: As part of Amare's ongoing commitment to quality and continuous improvement, Amare Origin™ Chocolate is now produced by a new manufacturing partner. This transition includes updated packaging and a slightly larger pouch to accommodate refinements to the formula. You can expect the same trusted benefits, now with several formula refinements.
Q: Why were these changes made?
A: The transition to a new manufacturing partner allows Amare to further strengthen product quality, manufacturing consistency, and production capabilities while introducing meaningful formula refinements. This is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible products to our customers.
Q: Has the formula changed?
A: Amare Origin™ Chocolate still delivers the benefits you know and love — supporting strong muscles and helping maintain a healthy weight — and we've used this manufacturing transition as an opportunity to refine the formula.
Key refinements include:
- Addition of soluble corn fiber to our fiber blend
- Protein increased from 20g to 23g per serving
- Dietary Fiber increased from 2g to 8g, making Amare Origin™ Chocolate an excellent source of fiber
- Total sugars reduced from 6g to 5g
- Added sugars reduced from 6g to 4g
- Sodium reduced from 560mg to 222mg
- The serving size has increased slightly to support the refined protein and fiber blend profiles
You may also notice updated amounts of carbohydrates, calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, and potassium on the Supplement Facts Panel. These values have been revised to accurately reflect the refined formula and its updated ingredient profile.
Q: What has changed with the Protein Blend?
A: The Protein Blend has increased from 24.2g to 25g. It still maintains the same 4 plant-based protein sources – Pea Protein, Pumpkin Seed Protein, Sunflower Seed Protein and Fava Bean Protein, just at a slightly higher amount.
Q: What has changed with the fiber blend?
A: The fiber blend has increased from 2.8g to 5g with the addition of soluble corn fiber[DP4] [SB5] [TB6] . Other ingredients in this blend remain unchanged.
Q: Did anything change with the Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s) in the formula?
A: No. The Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) in the formula have not changed. The only update is that they are now listed in the Supplement Facts panel instead of under "Other Ingredients" to provide greater transparency about the ingredients in the product.
Q: Why does the amount of Protein and Dietary Fiber in Amare Origin™ Chocolate differ from the amount in Amare Origin™ Vanilla?
A: The slight difference in protein and dietary fiber between the two formulas is due to the flavoring system used. The flavoring system in Amare Origin™ Chocolate contributes a small amount of extra protein and fiber, which is why the amounts differ between the two flavors.
