What's happening?
Amare Global's Zendesk account is set to never expire passwords for all staff, including agents and administrators. However, as of March 25, 2026, Zendesk updated its sign-in security flow to enforce expired password checks before allowing login.
This change only affected staff whose passwords were already expired or scheduled to expire before our "never expire" setting fully took effect. If your password was not expiring, you were not affected and did not need to do anything.
For those who were affected, this is a one-time occurrence. Once you reset your password, it will not expire again under our current account settings.
Did this affect everyone?
No. Only staff whose passwords had already expired were locked out and received a notification email. If you logged in without any issues, your password is fine and no action is needed.
Is the expiration email real or phishing?
Given our ongoing phishing awareness program, verify these before clicking anything:
- Sender is from @zendesk.com
- Reset link points to zendesk.com or amareglobal.zendesk.com
- No attachments, and no request for your current password
If unsure, skip the email and reset manually (see below).
How to reset your password
- Go to amareglobal.zendesk.com.
- Click Forgot password.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link from @zendesk.com.
- Set a new password and log in.
Note: Using Forgot password does not cause your password to expire. It is simply a reset tool for when you are locked out or have forgotten your credentials.
After resetting your password
Your new password will not expire as long as our account setting remains at "never expire." You will not need to go through this process again unless you forget your password or are locked out.

Contact your Zendesk administrator to send you a password reset email directly from Admin Center.
