My Amare Shop - Frequently Asked Questions

Updated September 2026

Getting Started

Q: What is My Amare Shop?

A: My Amare Shop is the new and improved amare.com. Same store. Same products. But better.

We didn't just update amare.com. We rebuilt it from scratch to increase conversions, so more of your clicks turn into orders. Pages load faster, search finds what people are looking for as they type, and checkout happens on one simple page.

It also gives you tools you've never had before: your own profile page, personalized sales pages, ready-to-checkout carts, and analytics that show you what's working.

Q: Is shop.amare.com a different website from amare.com?

A: No. It is the same store, rebuilt. Right now the new experience lives at shop.amare.com, and eventually amare.com and shop.amare.com will become one.

You don't have to do anything for that to happen, and nothing you have already shared will break.

Q: Will my existing amare.com links still work?

A: Yes. Every link you have ever shared keeps working. They point to the right place automatically.

You do not have to update anything.

Q: How do I log in?

A: There are two ways:

  • Go straight to shop.amare.com and log in.
  • Or on amare.com, click your name in the top right and choose My Account.

Use the same email and password you already use today. There is no new account to create and nothing to set up.

Q: Is there a cost to use My Amare Shop?

A: No. It is included for every Brand Partner.

Q: Where do I find everything?

A: After you log in, you land on your dashboard. At the top you will see Your My Amare Studio. That is where you build.

Inside the Studio there are four areas:

  • Profile — your bio, your photo, and your buttons.
  • Pages — create and manage your sales pages.
  • Analytics — see how your pages are performing.
  • Share & Enroll — create carts and enrollment links.

Below the Studio are your account settings: Subscribe & Save, Orders, Direct Deposit, Payment Methods, Product Credit, Subscribe & Save Rewards, and your Share Amare give-$10 links.

Q: Is this the same as the ABC app?

A: No. They are two separate tools for two different jobs.

My Amare Shop is your storefront. It is where your customers shop and where you build the pages and carts you share with them.

The ABC app is a separate app where you can access trackers, your contacts, the sharing and the learning library.

Your Profile

Q: What is my bio page?

A: Your bio page is your personal landing page. It has your photo, your story, your contact information and buttons that send people where you want them to go. It is the page people see at the root of your shop link.

Q: How do I set up my bio?

A: The Studio builds it for you from a few simple choices. You pick:

  • Your name.
  • The hats you wear — choose 1 to 3, such as Mom, Entrepreneur, or Coach.
  • How you found Amare — choose one.
  • What you appreciate most — the science, the community, the products, the education, or the opportunity.
  • Your go-to products — choose 1 to 4.

As you choose, your bio is written for you, and a live preview shows exactly how it will read. When you are happy with it, click Save Bio.

Q: Can I add my photo and my contact details?

A: Yes. You can add a profile photo, a contact email, and a contact phone number.

Your email and phone each have their own switch, so you decide which ones appear on your bio page. Visitors only see the details you choose to show. Both are optional, but a photo helps people recognize you.

Q: What are profile buttons?

A: Buttons sit at the bottom of your bio page and send visitors to a specific page. For example, you can add a button called Start Here that opens one of your sales pages.

You can add up to five buttons, reorder them, and remove them at any time.

Building Your Pages

Q: What kind of pages can I create?

A: Two kinds:

  • Your bio page — one per Brand Partner, described above.
  • Sales pages — as many as you like, each built around a specific conversation, promotion, or product you love.

Q: How do I create a page?

A: In the Studio, go to Pages and click New Page. Then:

  • Give the page a title.
  • The URL slug is created for you from the title. You can change it. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
  • Choose how to start: a blank page, or one of the ready-made templates.
  • Click Create Draft, and the editor opens so you can start building.

Templates are the fastest way to start. You can change everything in them afterwards.

Q: What can I put on a page?

A: You build a page by adding sections. There are five:

  • Hero — a full-width image with a headline and a button.
  • Product grid — a grid of product cards from the catalog.
  • Product highlight — a single product with a short tagline.
  • Bio card — your photo, name, bio, and links, pulled from your profile.
  • Video — plays an Amare video when someone clicks it.

Drag sections to reorder them, and delete any you do not want. You can change the hero image, swap the product, change the video, edit the products in a grid, and set the button color.

Q: Which products can I feature?

A: Any product in the Amare catalog. Feature only the ones that fit the conversation you are having with that audience.

Q: What is the difference between a draft and a published page?

A: A draft is a work in progress that only you can see. A published page is live and visible to anyone with the link.

Use Save Draft while you work, and Publish when you are ready. If you want to make changes to a live page, click Back to Draft, make your edits, and publish again. Each page keeps a version number so you can see what is live.

Q: Will my page look right on a phone?

A: Yes. In the editor you can switch between Desktop and Mobile to see exactly how your page looks on each before you publish.

Q: What is the social preview image?

A: It is the image people see when your link is shared on social media or in a message. You can set it on each page so your link looks right wherever you post it.

Q: Can I take a page down or change it later?

A: Yes, and nothing is permanent:

  • Back to Draft — takes the page offline so you can edit it.
  • Archive — removes it from your active pages but keeps it.
  • Delete — removes it completely.

You can filter your page list by All, Drafts, Active, or Archived.

Q: Are my pages on brand and compliant?

A: Yes. Pages are built from approved Amare images and product content, so the look stays consistent and the product claims stay compliant.

Sharing Your Pages

Q: How do I share a page?

A: Every published page has a Share button, both in the page list and inside the editor. You can also click View Live to open the page exactly as your customer will see it, and copy the address from there.

Q: Should I build different pages for different people?

A: Yes, and this is one of the most useful things you can do. Build a page for each conversation you are already having, and send the right link to the right person.

Because every page has its own analytics, you can see which one performs best and share that one more.

Carts & Enrollment Links

Q: What is Share & Enroll?

A: Share & Enroll is where you create links for a specific person: a ready-to-checkout cart, or an invitation to join. It is in the Studio, in the left menu.

Q: What kinds of links can I create?

A: Three, and you choose when you create the link:

  • A new Brand Partner — they join your team as a Brand Partner. GIVE10 is included.
  • A new Customer — they create a customer account. GIVE10 is included.
  • An existing customer — just a cart, with any items you like.

Q: What is GIVE10 and when is it included?

A: GIVE10 is the $10 credit for someone new to Amare. It is included automatically on links for a new Brand Partner and for a new Customer. It is not included on a cart for an existing customer, because that person is not new.

Q: How do I create a link?

A: In Share & Enroll, click New Link. The Studio walks you through three steps: who the link is for, what goes in it, and a name for the link.

Give every link a name you will recognize later, such as the person's name or the event. That name is how you tell your links apart when you check how they are doing.

Q: Do these links expire?

A: Yes, and you choose how long. When you create a link you can set it to expire in 30, 60, or 90 days. Your link list shows how many days each one has left, and you can filter by Active, Enrolled, or Expired.

Q: Can I use the same link more than once?

A: Yes. Links are reusable, so you can send the same one to more than one person until it expires.

Q: Is there a QR code?

A: Yes. Every link has a QR button that gives you a code you can show on a phone, print, or put on a flyer. It is useful at events and in person.

Q: What can I see about each link?

A: For every link you can see how many people opened it, how many started checkout, and how many enrolled. You can also copy the link, edit it, or delete it.

What Your Customer Sees

Q: What happens when someone clicks my link?

A: They land on your page. It loads fast, and it shows the products you chose. They can browse the products you are featuring and add items to their cart right from your page.

Q: What are the checkout options?

A: The whole checkout happens on one page. Your customer enters their email and then chooses how to continue:

  • Create an account — so their details are saved for next time.
  • Guest checkout — buy without creating an account.
  • Join as a Brand Partner — start their own Amare business.

Q: Do I still get credit if they check out as a guest?

A: Yes. As long as they used your link, the order is credited to you. It does not matter which checkout option they choose.

Q: Can a customer create an account later if they checked out as a guest?

A: Yes. If they bought as a guest and later decide they want an account, they just need to create it using the same email address they used at checkout.

Q: Is there express checkout?

A: Yes. Customers can pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay in a couple of taps, without typing their card details.

Analytics

Q: What can I see at a glance?

A: Go to Analytics in the Studio and you will see every page you have, with views, sessions, and orders for each one.

Q: What is in the detailed report?

A: Click View on any page to open its full report:

  • Page views, sessions, and customers.
  • New versus returning visitors.
  • Conversions.
  • Page views by day.
  • Devices, source, and browsers.
  • Your most popular products.
  • How far people scroll down the page.
  • How long they stay.
  • Clicks on your buttons.

Q: Can I choose the time period?

A: Yes. Choose the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or set your own custom range.

Q: What counts as a conversion?

A: A conversion is counted once a visitor finishes checkout. The report splits these into first-time customers and returning customers, so you can see which your page is bringing in.

Q: Where do I see how my carts are doing?

A: Cart and enrollment links are tracked in Share & Enroll, not in Analytics. Share & Enroll shows you opens, checkouts, and enrollments for each individual link you have sent.

Q: How does this help me sell more?

A: Because every page has its own numbers, you can compare them. If one page brings in far more orders than another, share that one more often and rework the one that is not working. It turns guessing into something simple: try, measure, and do more of what works.

Do I Have to Build Anything?

Q: Is all of this optional?

A: Yes. Your profile, your pages, and your carts are all optional. You do not have to build any of them to sell Amare. Everything you did before still works exactly the same way.

Q: What if I just want to share one product?

A: Then just share it. Go to the product page, open your Share Amare link, copy it, and send it. That is it. Same way you have always done it.

Your Account

Q: Where are my account settings?

A: On your account page, below the Studio. From there you can manage:

  • Account settings — your profile, contact details, and addresses.
  • Subscribe & Save — your recurring orders, schedule, and shipping.
  • Orders — track shipments, view invoices, and reorder.
  • Direct Deposit — how you receive your commission payouts.
  • Payment Methods — your saved cards and wallets.
  • Share Amare — your give-$10 referral links.
  • Product Credit and Subscribe & Save Rewards.

These are the same things you already know, in a better layout.
