A: To improve scalability, reliability, and delivery speed, we’ve partnered with Saddle Creek, a third-party logistics provider in Kentucky with a strong reputation in the industry.
Q: How will this affect delivery times?
A: Average delivery time overall will be reduced from 7 to 4 business days nationwide. Due to the change in origin, east coast orders will deliver faster, and west coast orders may take slightly longer than before.
Q: Will Canadian orders be affected?
A: Yes. While Canada on-the-ground orders will be unaffected, orders from the Canada Global Shop will now ship from Kentucky. This will result in orders moving across the border at a different location, which you may notice when tracking Global Shop orders.
Q: What is the new shipping cut-off time?
A: Orders placed by 10:30 a.m. Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day.
Q: Which carriers will deliver my order?
A: Most orders will still be shipped via USPS. However, depending on your location, your package may now arrive via FedEx, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, or another trusted carrier.

A: Depending on the carrier, your order may be delivered to a different location at your home—for example, left on your porch instead of placed in your mailbox.
