#ShareHappy Campaign

In honor of World Mental Health Day — October 10

Happiness can show up in the smallest moments.

A kind word. A thoughtful note. A text from a friend. Someone telling you exactly why they appreciate you.

This World Mental Health Day, we’re coming together to create more of those moments.

Starting October 5, we’re inviting every Amare Brand Partner to #ShareHappy.

Here’s the Plan

Monday, October 5: #ShareHappy begins.

Saturday, October 10: World Mental Health Day.

The goal: Create a ripple effect of happiness through simple actions—and fill social with people passing it on.

DO SOMETHING. SHARE IT. SPREAD HAPPY.

Between October 5–10, do something intentional to make someone else’s day a little brighter.

It doesn’t have to be big. Small acts can create meaningful moments.

Write an encouraging note and leave it somewhere unexpected.

Send someone a text telling them why you appreciate them.

Comment on someone’s post and tell them something you genuinely love about them.

Buy someone a coffee.

Leave a kind note for a coworker, neighbor or stranger.

Call someone you’ve been thinking about.

Post about someone who makes your life better—and tag them so they know it.

Do something kind without being asked.

Then, share what you did and invite someone else to keep it going.

Post a Reel, Story, photo or simple text post and add:

I’m choosing to #ShareHappy today by ________.

Then tag someone and challenge them:

Now it’s your turn. How will you #ShareHappy?

Tag @amare

The idea is simple:

Do something kind.
Share the moment.
Invite someone else to do the same.

Let’s see how far one small act of happiness can spread.

An Important Distinction

Mental health and mental wellness are related, but they are not the same.

Mental health can include clinical mental health conditions and professional care. Mental wellness is focused on the everyday habits, routines, relationships and choices that support overall well-being.

As The Mental Wellness Company, Amare’s focus is mental wellness. This campaign is not intended to address, diagnose, treat or make claims about mental health conditions.

Keep It Compliant

Keep your #ShareHappy content centered on mental wellness, everyday well-being, healthy routines, connection, happiness and the mind-body connection.

Avoid anything that states or implies that an Amare product can diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or improve a mental health condition, including conditions such as anxiety or depression.

Mental wellness is not the same as mental health treatment or mental health care. If you feature an Amare product, keep your language within approved product claims and do not connect the product directly to a mental health condition.
